We are sad to hear of Rita's passing. She was a wonderful friend and role model for me (Jim) growing up on Main Street. She always treated us with kindness. When we think of her it makes us smile. What a great gift and memory she left for us. Thank you for sharing her with us !

Sending love, prayers & shared memories of your very special Mother, Rita.It was always a special treat to be "babysat" by Dick & Rita who seemed the coolest couple around Reading all those many years ago...
As my Mother, Kathleen, moved near us @ Gull Lake, MI, we resumed ongoing visits with Rita while sailing on our sailboat, visiting Karen & Jerry's farm & Rita's sweet "cottage" near by.
She leaves a legacy of strength, humor, & graciousness for Kristin, Karin & grandchildren to remember & relish...that was the soul of the real RITA.
