Beverly J. Goucher, 77, of Alvordton, passed away Tuesday morning at the Community Hospitals and Wellness Center in Bryan.  She was born on March 14, 1936 in Toledo to Robert and Hazel (Green) Stacy.  On January 28, 1952 she married James P. Goucher, Sr, and he preceded her in death in February 1992. Beverly retired from Shern Manufacturing in Lambertville, Michigan.  She was a lifelong member of the Montpelier Eagles.  She enjoyed hunting and being outdoors, but she especially loved spending time with her family. She is survived by one granddaughter Genia M. (James Barrett) Burow of Alvordton; one grandson Garrick L. (Heather) Goucher of Oklahoma; and five great grandchildren, Jacob W. Smith, Colten M. Barrett, Paige A. Barrett, Tristian L. Goucher and Kaylee A. Barrett. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James; two sons James P. Goucher, Jr., Gary L. Goucher; a daughter in-law Candance K. Goucher, four sisters and one half brother. There will be no visitation or services for Beverly.  Donations may be made to Christmas for Kids in Defiance.
