Christine Lyman, 52 of Sylvania went home to be with the Lord early Thursday morning at her residence.  She was born in Montpelier on May 30th 1959 to Keith L. & Patricia (King) Michael. Chris graduated from Montpelier High School in 1977 and then attended Toledo University for 2 years receiving her degree as a Medical Assistant.  Chris' priorities in life were to be there for her children and provide a loving home.  She did work for a number of years for the Bryan Community Hospital in Bryan in the outpatient surgery clinic.  Most recently she worked for the Mercy Group in Sylvania in the OBGYN office, until her battle with cancer prevented her from working.  Chris was a member of the Christ the King Church in Sylvania, Ohio. She is survived by her mother Patricia Michael of Pioneer, one son Kellen E. Lyman of Sylvania and one daughter Jessie Lyman of Sylvania, three brothers Keith F. Michael of Pioneer, Steve (Melinda) Michael of Bryan, Dan Michael of Toledo; two sisters Janice (Curt) Short of Pioneer and Carolyn Michael of Bryan. She was preceded in death by her father in 2010, one brother David Michael in 1978 and one nephew Jonathan Russell in 1996. A memorial service for Chris will be on Sunday August 14th at 2pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Montpelier, with Father Jim Halleron to officiate.   A time to receive friends will follow the service at the church.  Donations can be made to the Family.  Condolences can be made at thethompsonfuneralhome.com
