Deborah K. Shepard, 75, of Wauseon passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Ebeid.  She was born on January 31, 1949 to Donald and Edna (Bowser) Shepard.  Deborah earned her Associates Degree from Northwest State Community College.  She was an office manager at Northwest Ohio Foam Packaging in Wauseon.

Deborah is survived by her children Chad Digby of Malinta, Ohio, Kyle Digby of Napoleon, Ohio and Jaimie Digby of Plattsmouth, Nebraska.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

A graveside service for Deborah will take place at a later date.
