Debra J. Broadwater, 58, of Montpelier passed away Sunday morning at Genesis Healthcare in Bryan.  She was born on September 16, 1958 in Montpelier to Ellis and Eileen (Poorman) Broadwater.  Deb was a member of Pleasant Ridge Dunkard Brethren Church in Montpelier.  She graduated from North Central High School in Pioneer and for nearly 40 years she worked at Quadco in Stryker retiring in May of 2017. Deb is survived by her mother Eileen Broadwater of Montpelier; brother Don (Cheryl) Broadwater of Montpelier; her aunt, uncle, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father in August 2007. Visitation for Deb will be on Tuesday, August 29 from 3-8pm at the Thompson Funeral Home on Main Street in Montpelier.  Services will be on Wednesday at 11am at the Pleasant Ridge Dunkard Brethren Church in Montpelier with Pastor Dennis St. John to officiate.  Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Montpelier.  Memorial contributions may be made to Quadco Senior Activities Fund.
