Diana L. Ewers, 57, of Montpelier passed away Sunday evening at Genesis Health Care Center in Bryan.  She was born on November 18, 1955 in Auburn, Indiana to Ronald "Ron" W. and Susie (Miller) Brewer.  Diana graduated from Bryan High School in 1974.  On February 9, 1974 she married Charles D. Ewers, and he survives. Diana attended New Hope Community Church in Bryan.  For the past twelve years Diana was a resident of Genesis Health Care Center in Bryan.  Over the years Diana influenced many people's lives; she would always have a smile and rarely had any complaints.  She had a strong faith and continued to have a positive attitude even through her own daily battles with Multiple Sclerosis. She is survived by her parents Ron and Sue Brewer of Bryan; husband Charles of Montpelier; two daughters Sonia M. Ewers (fiancé Brian Fournier) of Flint, Michigan, Melissa R. Ewers of Montpelier; one son Daniel R. Ewers of Montpelier; one grandchild Damon Ewers; one brother Rodney (Jackie) Brewer of Bryan; and one sister Pamela (Dennis) Jones of Bryan. Visitation for Diana will be on Thursday October 3rd from 5-8pm at the Thompson Funeral Home in Montpelier.  Services will be on Friday at 11am at the funeral home with Reverend Dennis Jones to officiate.  Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.  Donations may be made to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Online condolences can be left for the family at www.thethompsonfuneralhome.com.
