Donelda "Donnie" Rutledge, 95, of Pioneer passed away early Wednesday morning at Hillside Country Living in rural Bryan.  She was born on April 23, 1923 in Montpelier to George A. and Lottie (Johnson) Stoner, Sr.  Donnie married James E. Rutledge and he preceded her in death September 23, 1991.  In 1985 she retired from Fifty Corp. in Bryan after 25 years as a press operator. Donnie is survived by her sons Dennis (Louis) Rutledge of Bryan and Rodney Rutledge of Pioneer; nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James, step mother Minnie Stoner, daughter Coleen Beaverson, brothers Alfred and George Rutledge, Jr., and sisters Velma Stoner and Irene Shaffer. Graveside services for Donnie will be on Friday, October 12th at 1pm at Floral Grove Cemetery in Pioneer.  Memorial contributions may be given to the Pioneer or Montpelier Senior Centers.
