ERMA M. HARMON
1923 – 2012
Erma M. Harmon, 88 of Bryan, Ohio died Wednesday morning, February 8, 2012 in Bryan Care and Rehabilitation Center, Bryan following a lengthy illness.
She was born December 23, 1923 at Camden, Michigan, the daughter of Jay B. and Dorothy (Farr) Kizer, and was a longtime Williams County resident, having lived many years in Montpelier. A 1942 graduate of Fayette High School, she was married to Kenneth E. Harmon on October 8, 1960, and he survives.
Erma had retired in 1974 as an assembler at Robinair Manufacturing Company in Montpelier where she had been employed for over 15 years.
Also surviving are two sons, Daniel (Gilda) Barnard, Bryan, and Jim Barnard in Texas, one daughter, Judy Peck, Bryan. Four grandchildren, Debbie (David) Stephens, Findlay, Dorothy (Russell) Lambert, Archbold, Kevin Barnard, Fayette, and Dustin Coler, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Seven great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
Visitation for Erma M. Harmon will be Sunday, February 12th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Wilson – Geesey Funeral Home, Montpelier, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, with Deacon Dennis Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Montpelier. Preferred memorials are to Alzheimer's Association of Northwest Ohio.
