Jon W. Strawser, 50, of Pioneer passed away early Sunday morning at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.  He was born on June 15, 1963 in Montpelier to George William and Carolyn Ann (Blinzeler) Strawser.   Jon graduated from Montpelier High School in 1981.  He married Pamela S. Humbarger, and she preceded him in death on October 1, 2013. Jon was formerly employed at Dana Corporation in Archbold.  He was a member of the Montpelier Eagles. He is survived by one son, Justin W. Strawser of Pioneer; one daughter, Kayleigh A. Strawser of Pioneer; and one sister, Jodi (Dan) Krill of Phoenix, Arizona. Jon was preceded in death by his parents and wife Pamela. Visitation hours for Jon will be on Friday April 18th from 10am-1pm at the Madison Church of God, 13730 CR N-65 ( 1/4 mile west of SR 15), in Montpelier.  A memorial service will be on Friday at 1pm at the church with Pastor Mike Wilder to officiate.  Donations may be made to the Thompson Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
