Julie Rae Simmons, 62 of Montpelier passed away on October 1, 2024 at Evergreen Healthcare Center in Montpelier, after a lengthy illness.  She was born on April 24, 1962 in Findlay, Ohio to Ralph Nelson and Ila Elaine (Hill) Simmons.

Julie is survived by her mother Ila Simmons of Montpelier; son Jawn Baker of Florida and a daughter; granddaughter Kylie Baker; sisters Kelly (Jeff) Deetz and Renell (David) Lloyd.  She was preceded in death by father Ralph Simmons and a brother Mark Simmons.

There will be no services for Julie.
