Mary E. Cogswell, 92, of Clinton Township and formerly of Montpelier passed away Thursday morning in Clinton Township, Michigan.  She was born on January 12, 1922 in Montpelier to Carl R. and Willa B. (Thomas) Murdock.  Mary graduated from Danberry Township High School in Lakeside, Ohio. Mary was a member of the Montpelier Church of Christ.  She retired as a finisher from Bryan Custom Plastics after 33 years.  She was active at the See & Do Club, Montpelier Senior Center and involved with the Sonshine Ladies of the Church. She is survived by her close cousin and caregiver Beverly (Larry) Kaiser of Richmond, Michigan; three nephews Carl Murdock, Harold L. Murdock and Alan Kaiser; and five nieces Anna Brubaker, Mary Younce, Jennifer Kempt, Marie Dart and Laurie Starkey. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Frank, Harold and Infant Norman Murdock; sister Dora Murdock; and sister-in-law Dorothy Murdock. Visitation hours for Mary will be on Tuesday March 25th from 12-1pm at the Montpelier Church of Christ.  Services will follow at 1pm at the church with Chris Kannel to officiate.  Interment will follow at Pleasant View – Union Cemetery in Fayette, Ohio.  Donations may be made to the Montpelier Church of Christ or to the See & Do Club.
