Melvin L. Cooper, 61, passed away Thursday morning at Park View Nursing Home in Edgerton. He was born on April 20, 1956 in Toledo to Moses and Juanita Rose (Wallace) Cooper.
He is survived by his mother Juanita Medin of Toledo and brother Calvin Cooper of Toledo.
