Michael Jeffrey Riggle, 71, of Toledo, passed from this life to be with his God Almighty on May 25, 2017.  He is survived by his daughters, Michelle (Tom) Bules and Kristen Mitchell, brothers Mark (Margaret) and John (Pat), sister in law Judy Riggle, nephews Brent and Evan and nieces Kelly, Tracy and Beth. He was preceded in death by his parents Wendell and Ruth Riggle.  Mike graduated from Whitmer High School and attended University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University. He was the General Manager of National Protective Systems of Toledo and a founding member of Transport Security Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota.   Mike was awarded patents for security devices which protect materials for the interstate trucking industry. He was passionate about helping those with epilepsy and myopia, both of which he suffered.  Through his struggles, his wit and intelligence never wavered.  He is missed by family here, and welcomed by family in heaven. A Gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 2-5pm at the Pioneer Inn, 6751 Fremont Pike in Perrysburg, Ohio.
