Rudy Franklin Bauer, 74, of Edon, OH passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born on March 25, 1949 in Angola, IN to Kenneth E. and Christine (Hug) Bauer.

Rudy worked at Quadco Rehabilitation Center in Stryker, OH for 25 years. He was an avid WWE wrestling fan and enjoyed food.

Rudy is survived by two brothers, Dan (Terry) Bauer and Marlin (Diana Walker) Bauer all of Edon; 5 nieces and nephews, Diana (Jessie) Grant, Chris Bauer, Mitchell (Megan) Bauer, Ashley Bauer and Jason (Diana) Bauer; 4 great nieces and nephews; and one great-great niece. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gordon Bauer; and niece, Dawn Bauer.

A graveside service will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 11:00 am at Riverside Cemetery in Montpelier, OH. Memorial may be given in Rudy's memory to the Williams County Fair Foundation.
