Scott M. Rickman, II, 26, of Montpelier, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Community Hospitals & Wellness Centers in Montpelier. He was born on November 3, 1991 in Bryan to Scott M. and Teresa A. (Rogers) Rickman. Scott graduated from North Central High School in 2010. He worked as a machinist for Cold Heading in Fremont, IN. Scott is survived by his parents, Scott (Becky) Rickman of Montpelier and Teresa (Randy) Harris of Toledo; four brothers, Austin H. Rickman of Pioneer, Josh (Taeler) Harris of Perrysburg, Wyatt Wagoner and Garret Wagoner both of Pioneer; maternal grandmother, Phyllis Rogers of Oregon, OH; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, one of which is James A. Rickman, Jr., of Oregon, OH; and his best friend, fur baby Kane. He was preceded in death by his sister, Cassandra "Cassee" Rickman in 2005, grandparents, Paw Paw and Nonnie Rickman and George Rogers, Sr., and one aunt, Kool Aunt Kris. Visitation for Scott will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 2-8 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home on Main Street in Montpelier. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Montpelier with Pastor Ben Gladhill to officiate. Donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
