Obituary

Shirley Ann Grime, 80, of West Unity passed away Monday morning at Hillside Country Living in Rural Bryan.  She was born on August 2, 1936 in Continental, Ohio to William C. and Virginia P. (Myers) Bridges.  Shirley graduated from Archbold High School in 1955.  Shirley married Harold J. Grime and he preceded her in death in 1991. Shirley, a loving mother and grandmother, is survived by three sons, James L. (Karen) Grime of Munith, Michigan, Steven (Gen) Grime of Wolcottville, Indiana, and Allen D. Grime of West Unity; four daughters Sandra (Robert) Lambright of Allen, Michigan, Linda S. Eidenier of West Unity, Barbara A. Grime of West Unity, and Jeri (Mike) Clark of Bryan; seventeen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren; one sister Carolyn (Sam) Lockwood of Waldron, Michigan; and two brothers Gene (Linda) Bridges of Wauseon, and Gerald Bridges of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harold, infant sister Diane Bridges and brother Robert Bridges. Visitation for Shirley will be on Friday, March 24th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Thompson Funeral Home in Pioneer.  Services will be on Saturday at 2pm at Salem Mennonite Church on Tripp Road in Waldron, Michigan with Pastor Robert Stuckey to officiate.  Interment will follow at Floral Grove Cemetery in Pioneer.  Memorial contributions may be given to Salem Mennonite Church or Hillside Country Living Activity Fund.
