Tammy L. Sands, 34, of Montpelier passed away Saturday evening at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Montpelier.  She was born on April 27, 1983 in Montpelier to Vernie A. and Judith M. (Page) Faunce, Jr.  On February 14, 2004 she married Seth A. Sands and he survives. A time to receive friends will be on Saturday, February 17th from 2-6pm at the Living Hope Free Methodist Church at 1051 West Jackson Street in West Unity.  Tammy will be laid to rest at a private interment at Riverside Cemetery in Montpelier, Ohio.  Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help offset expenses. **Original time to receive friends location was incorrect and will be  at the Living Hope Free Methodist Church in West Unity.
