Vickie L. Sines, 73, of Montpelier passed away Monday, April 24, 2023 at Bryan HealthCare and Rehab. She was born on November 17, 1949 in Adrian, Michigan to Samuel Nathan and Betty Jane (Eggleston) Sines. She is survived by her son Nathan Sines and granddaughter Koreena Sines both of Montpelier.
